Job Responsibilities:

4. Provide technical guidance on CNC and lathe equipment management to reduce downtime;

5. Oversee talent development within the department, including recruitment, deployment, promotion, and training management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related disciplines;

2. Minimum 10 years' experience in component machining processes and fixture design, with automotive parts industry background and familiarity with IATF 16949 standards;

3. Expertise in aluminium alloy machining processes, including specialised knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and materials;

4. Proficiency in operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centres, including gantry machining centres, with advanced skills in CAD programming software such as UG, ProE, Catia, and MasterCam;

5. Strong resilience under pressure, excellent communication and coordination skills, sound judgement and decision-making abilities, coupled with a high sense of responsibility and meticulous work ethic.

1. Initiate new project proposals;

2. Conduct reviews at all stages of project drawings, manufacturing processes, and tooling production;

3. Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to planned milestones;

4. Oversee project progress and quality management throughout implementation, organising regular review and improvement activities;

5. Resolve issues arising during project execution while maintaining client communication;

6. Submit PPAP documentation to clients and complete project development tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Mechanical design or related discipline, with a diploma or higher qualification;

2. Minimum three years' project management experience, with familiarity in automotive component development processes;

3. Proficient in the TS16949 system, with expertise in applying CP/FMEA/SPC/MSA methodologies, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and 3D design software;

4. Meticulous and conscientious work ethic, coupled with strong communication and coordination skills;

5. Fluent English reading and writing skills; candidates with strong listening and speaking abilities will be prioritised.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan to recruit two Quality Engineers: one Process Quality Engineer (PQE) specialising in process quality, one CNC Machining Quality Engineer, and one Welding Quality Engineer;

2. Organise the development of technical and quality regulations concerning product processes, quality control, equipment maintenance, and technical safety;

3. Establish factory quality processes and systems, conduct customer audits, resolve on-site quality issues, and implement quality improvements.

Requirements:

1. College diploma or higher, preferably in mechanical engineering, machining, welding, or materials science;

2. Minimum three years' experience as a quality engineer in metal component manufacturing; automotive industry background advantageous;

3. Proficient in quality management methodologies and tools;

4. Familiarity with at least one machining or welding process; extensive experience in telecommunications machining also considered;

5. CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency, fluent reading and writing, with spoken English sufficient for workplace communication;

6. High sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, strong professional ethics and teamwork spirit;

7. Willingness to undertake overseas factory support assignments as required by company business development.
