Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop machining processes, prepare process drawings and technical documentation according to project requirements;
2. Design tooling fixtures, jigs and gauges as per project specifications;
3. Program machining sequences, optimise toolpaths and cutting parameters, and generate technical documentation;
4. Provide technical guidance on CNC and lathe equipment management to reduce downtime;

Job Requirements:

2. Minimum 10 years' experience in component machining processes and fixture design, with automotive parts industry background and familiarity with IATF 16949 standards;
3. Expertise in aluminium alloy machining processes, including specialised knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and materials;
4. Proficiency in operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centres, including gantry machining centres, with advanced skills in CAD programming software such as UG, ProE, Catia, and MasterCam;
5. Strong resilience under pressure, excellent communication and coordination skills, sound judgement and decision-making abilities, coupled with a high sense of responsibility and meticulous work ethic.
